REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please read carefully the instructions below.
All participants must register by completing the online form. After completing and submitting the registration form, each registered participant will receive a confirmation email with a registration number and a invoice attached. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Important dates
Registration starts on 01.05.2024
Registration for active participation closes on 15.08.2024
Registration for passive participation closes on 09.09.2024
REGISTRATION ON SITE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
Registration for the dinner (limited number of persons) closes on 09.09.2024
Active participation
Active participants can present a video clip or have an oral presentation (case report, orginal work).
Presentation and conference language:
International block – English
Slovak/Czech block – Slovak, Czech
Submission deadline for presentations expires on 15.08.2024.
You will be informed about the acceptance or non-acceptance of your presentation and the inclusion thereof in the congress programme by 30.08.2024.
Video clips will only be accepted in HD quality, MP4 or AVI format, bitrate 8-15 Mbps, 25p or 50i (upper field first).
E-Poster
Instructions for E-Poster Presenters
The e-poster must be submitted no later than August 15, 2024
FORMAL AND CONTENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSTER
- Posters will be presented in electronic form during the congress in the MS PowerPoint program
- Setting the document size (width 52 cm, height as needed) in “Design / Appearance of the page”
- Inserting texts, graphs and images
- Submission via the registration form on the website https://videoonkochirurgia2024.sk/registracia in PPT or PDF format (300 dpi)
- To prepare an e-poster, we recommend using the template available for download HERE
Certificate of attendance, credits
The congress is included in the system of lifelong learning for doctors and health professionals. Data on the number of credits will be provided.
Registered participants will receive a confirmation of participation (certificate) on the last day of the congress (in printed form).

All fees include the local VAT of 20%.
The registration fee includes:
- access to the scientific programme on 8th and 9th October 2024
- congress materials
- refreshments during breaks
Method of payment
After registering to participate online via the website www.videoonkochirurgia.sk, you will receive an invoice by email, against which please pay the required items.
The registration fee, along with other payments, must be paid in full amount before the beginning of the congress by bank transfer. Please use the invoice number as the variable symbol.
Payment of fees
Registration
The registration fee payment must be credited to the account no later than 12.09.2024 Registration for the congress is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment on the spot will not be possible.
Accommodation
Accommodation must be paid for within 14 days of booking and issuing the invoice. Accommodation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment on the spot will not be possible.
Meals
Payment for the meals must be credited to the account no later than 12.9.2024. The provision of meals is confirmed by receipt of payment. Payment on the spot will not be possible.
Invoicing
The invoice for the services will be issued using the information provided during online registration in the section “Invoicing”. Making changes to the invoicing data (address, IČO Company ID Number, DIČ Tax Number, IČ DPH VAT Registration Number) after submitting the online registration form is only possible for a fee of 20€, so please pay attention to the correctness and accuracy of the data on the registration form and invoice.
